Job summary

Circle Health Group in Glasgow is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Pre Assessment team at Ross Hall Hospital. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, with a flexible shift pattern and Monday–Saturday work. Salary up to £39,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Understanding of patient safety and clinical governance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency with IT systems used for patient records and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols.
• Assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans accordingly.
• Monitor vital signs and escalate changes with clinical judgement.
• Administer medications safely according to hospital policies and NMC code.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and observations.
• Ensure care complies with NMC standards and hospital policies.
• Identify and report incidents and safeguarding concerns.
