Job summary

Arbury Court in Warrington, part of Elysium Healthcare, is seeking an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to contribute to a medium/low secure service for women with PD and mental illness.

You'll conduct assessments, deliver specialist psychological interventions, and participate in MDTs, risk assessments, and staff training, reporting to the Lead Psychologist. A post-graduate qualification and HCPC registration are required.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Post-graduate qualifications are required.
• Understanding of evidence-based psychological practice is essential.

Responsibilities

• Participate in referrals assessment and initial service-user assessments.
• Deliver high-quality direct (therapeutic) and indirect (consultative) psychological interventions.
• Conduct risk assessments and contribute to care plans.
• Work therapeutically with complex presentations using structured psychometrics.
• Design and deliver staff training and reflective practice sessions.
