Position Details

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Salary: Up to £70,000 (pro rata, DOE) plus a £3000 Welcome Bonus (payable as £1,500 after one month and £1,500 after probation)
• Contract: Permanent, Term-Time only, with potential for full-time or part-time options
• Essential: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle

About the Role

We are expanding our clinical service and seek a Practitioner Psychologist to support our developing clinical team. You will deliver assessment and intervention plans, contribute to staff training, and support a holistic therapeutic approach aligned with neurodiversity and intersectionality principles.

This role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact, shape services, and drive transformational change. You will manage your own caseload with support from our experienced Clinical Team, working in a nurturing environment that values safeguarding, respect, and pupil involvement.
