Outcome First Group is seeking a qualified Practitioner Psychologist to join our expanding clinical team, working across multiple schools in the Stoke-on-Trent area. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a 4-day working week trial, with a salary up to £65,000 plus a welcome bonus.

Location:

Regional role across Barton School, Bradford Beacon School, and Armley Grange School, Stoke-on-Trent, UK.

Key Details:

• Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) + £5,000 Welcome Bonus
• Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
• Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
• EU work permit required: Yes

About the Role:

We are expanding our clinical services and are looking for an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to deliver assessment and intervention plans for pupils, contribute to staff training, and support a holistic, therapeutic approach within our nurturing environment. The role involves managing your own caseload with support from our clinical team, making decisions, and managing workload effectively.

Requirements:

• Professional qualification in Psychology (Masters or Doctorate)
• Experience working with children and young people with intellectual disabilities, autism, or complex needs
• Registered with HCPC
• Additional leadership/management qualifications preferred
