Job Title: Practitioner Psychologist

Location: Regional Role working across Barton School, Bradford Beacon School & Armley Grange School.

Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) plus £5000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £2,500 after one month and another of £2,500 upon completing probation). T&Cs apply.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm

Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks

Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

We are seeking an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our clinical team. This role involves delivering assessment and intervention plans for pupils, contributing to staff training, and managing your own caseload within a supportive environment. The position offers the chance to make a significant impact on our service and the young people we support.

About the role:

As part of our expanding clinical service, you will work collaboratively with a well-established team to provide holistic therapeutic support, participate in training and consultation, and help shape our clinical offerings. The role suits resilient, enthusiastic individuals with a therapeutic approach and decision-making ability.

Our Clinical Team fosters a nurturing environment prioritizing safeguarding and pupil involvement in decision-making. Our goal is to build futures by empowering vulnerable young people across the UK.

Qualifications and experience:
  • Professional qualification in Psychology (Masters or Doctorate level)
  • Experience working with children/young people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, including complex trauma, mental health issues, or challenging behaviors
  • Registered with the HCPC
  • Additional leadership and management qualifications preferred
