About the role

We are expanding our clinical service and seeking a Practitioner Psychologist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team. You will deliver assessment and intervention plans for pupils, working collaboratively with a supportive clinical team. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. The role requires resilience, enthusiasm, a therapeutic approach, decision-making skills, and workload management.

Our Clinical Team fosters a nurturing environment prioritizing safeguarding, respect, and involvement of pupils in decisions affecting them. We aim for excellence in supporting vulnerable young people to build positive futures.

Location: Regional - North East/North Lincolnshire
