About the role
The post is located within Middleton Fells, Kirkby Lonsdale, and involves travelling to other residential homes within South Cumbria. You will join a well-established clinical team to facilitate MDT working, including Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and an Assistant Psychologist. The clinical work collaborates closely with the wider care team to enable effective multi-disciplinary working, maximizing clinical outcomes for the adults supported.
You will work within the service policies, procedures, MDT, and Clinical Governance structures to support service development and quality assurance.
