We are seeking a highly motivated Practice Support Executive to join Corporate Team 9 (CT9) on a 12-month fixed term contract. We welcome applications from candidates with previous support experience who are looking to further develop their skills within a busy and collaborative professional services environment.
This role will provide direct support to five Partners while working collaboratively within the wider CT9 PSE team to deliver high-quality support to approximately 40 fee earners. The successful candidate will build strong relationships across the team and act as a trusted point of contact for Partners, fee earners, clients, Business Development and wider Business Services functions.
This is a fast-paced and varied role requiring a confident individual who can manage competing priorities, anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions with minimal supervision or escalation. The successful candidate will be highly organised, solutions-focused, and comfortable operating in a busy professional services environment where priorities can change quickly.
The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering exceptional support, demonstrate excellent judgement, and have the confidence to work independently whilst remaining a collaborative and supportive team player.
