Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council in Grantham is seeking a Practice Supervisor to lead the South Kesteven FAST Team, delivering safeguarding for children and young people using Signs of Safety and restorative practice.

You will manage, supervise and guide a small team of social workers, delivering primary assessment, support and advice across Child in Need, Child Protection, Children in Care and Care Proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Social Work Students, Apprentices and colleagues

• Collaborate with teams to deliver timely, child-centered plans
• Provide regular supervision and support to staff
