Job summary

Bridgewater Surgeries in the UK is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Technician to join a large, multi-site GP practice serving several thousand patients. You will support medicines optimisation, medication safety and repeat prescribing as part of a wide clinical team.

Qualifications

• Registered with the GPhC as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Completion of CPPE in Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway.
• BTEC/NVQ Level 3 in Pharmaceutical Science or recognised equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support repeat prescribing of ongoing medications.
• Undertake medicines reconciliation per practice protocols and update patient records.
• Assist in monitoring prescribing budgets and liaise with medicines management team.
• Provide medication reviews and patient information leaflets.
• Respond to medication queries from patients and staff professionally.
