Burlington Primary Care is seeking a registered nurse to join the team on a full-time basis for a two-year fixed-term contract. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will undertake chronic disease management, cervical screening, immunisations, wound care and health promotion, with development opportunities in primary care.

Formación

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience working within primary care.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and patient‑centred.
• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Committed to safe, high‑quality care and continuing professional development.
