Are you a Practice Nurse with a passion for lifestyle medicine? Our client is looking for a dedicated Practice Nurse to join their supportive Primary Care Team at a corporate client site in Brighton and Burgess Hill. With a salary ranging from 38,000 to 45,000 (Pro Rata on 18.5 – 20 hours per week), this role offers a chance to work in a unique environment where you can truly make a difference. As a Practice Nurse, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing your own clinical caseload and addressing patients' needs in a primary care setting.
  • Planning and organising your daily workload efficiently.
  • Collaborating closely with GPs, nursing colleagues, and the client's healthcare team.
  • Providing treatment for minor injuries and illnesses, with appropriate referrals.
  • Developing care plans and treating conditions following professional protocols.
  • Assisting with primary care audits and staff training.
  • Supporting infection control measures and compliance.
