Location: Cambridge (with flexibility)

Contract: Permanent | Part-time or full-time


Salary: Dependent on experience, up to £45,000

The Opportunity

Healthii People is recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Practice Nurse for a progressive, high-performing GP practice in the Cambridge area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team that values collaborative care, personal development, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage long-term conditions (e.g. diabetes, asthma, hypertension)

Deliver health promotion, sexual health services, and vaccinations

Provide wound care, cervical screening, contraception advice

Support patients with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and minor injuries

Opportunity to develop specialist interests (e.g. diabetes care)What We're Looking For

Essential:

Registered Nurse (NMC)

Passion for patient-centred primary care

Strong clinical, communication, and organisational skillsDesirable:

Experience In Primary/community Care

Interest or qualifications in diabetes or chronic disease management

Confident with EMIS or similar clinical systemsThe Practice

You'll join a well-established training practice serving a large and diverse patient population. With a supportive team of GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and admin staff, the surgery prioritises holistic care and offers a fantastic environment for nurses to grow professionally
