The role includes long-term condition management, wound care, immunisations, cervical screening, new baby checks, NHS Health Checks, phlebotomy, travel health, health promotion and other core primary care services. You will also support the assessment and management of acutely unwell patients, maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to clinical governance, audit, quality improvement and continuing professional development.
