As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

• Assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance. Collaborating with the general practice team to meet patients' needs and follow practice policies and procedures.
• Providing care for presenting patients, including treatment, chronic disease management, and care evaluation.

How we’ll support you

• Annual salary of up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
