A reputable healthcare provider in Minehead is seeking a dedicated practice nurse to join their committed team. The successful candidate will deliver crucial nursing services, manage long-term patient care, and assist in treatment procedures adhering to clinical guidelines. This role offers a relocation package, competitive pay based on experience, and 5 weeks of annual leave. We are looking for a practice nurse to join our friendly, supportive and committed Practice Team. The successful individual will be responsible for the delivery of practice nursing services, working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, delivering care within their scope of practice to the entitled patient population. The practice nurse will be responsible for a number of clinical areas such as health promotion, chronic disease management and health prevention. A relocation package of £8,000 if moving from out of area and 5 weeks annual leave pro rata.
