Practice 3 in Merthyr Tydfil is seeking an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our friendly multidisciplinary team. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, contribute to patient-centred services and develop within a busy general practice environment.

You will work as part of our multidisciplinary primary care team, providing a high standard of nursing care to our registered patient population. Practice 3 is situated in a purpose built premises in Merthyr Tydfil. We share the premises with other GP practices, the Academic Centre as a base for students, and many health professionals which lends itself to collaborative working and integrated patient care.

Experience in areas such as chronic disease management, immunisations, cervical screening, wound care and health promotion would be advantageous, although applications from nurses who are keen to develop their primary care skills will be considered.
