Are you a dedicated Practice Nurse looking for an opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive and dynamic NHS environment? DHU Healthcare is seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join our team in Leicester, working across Bands 5 - 7 to deliver safe and effective nursing services to our diverse practice population.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing autonomous nursing care in line with best practices and national guidelines
• Delivering long-term condition management (e.g., diabetes, asthma, dementia)
• Administering vaccinations and immunisations for children and adults
• Conducting diagnostic investigations and interpreting results where required
• Maintaining high standards of infection control and safeguarding procedures
• Supporting patients with health promotion and education
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
• Experience in primary care, general practice, or urgent care (preferred but not essential)
• Skills in wound care, phlebotomy, ECG recording, and minor illness management
• Knowledge of QOF and NHS frameworks is an advantage
• A compassionate and professional approach to patient care
