Duties will include chronic disease management, health promotion, immunisations, cervical screening, wound care, and supporting GP clinics within a busy primary care environment. Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering safe, patient-centred care are essential.

Job responsibilities

Role is full time however happy to discuss part time or doing the role over 4 days rather than 5 if full time.
