Fairhill Medical Practice is recruiting a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our friendly GP surgery team. The role spans our Fairfield site and collaborates with the Kingston Hill site nursing team to deliver comprehensive patient care across both locations.
Key duties include chronic disease management, immunisations, cervical screenings, wound care, and supporting GP clinics within a busy primary care environment.

The successful candidate will be based at our Fairfield site, working closely alongside our existing nursing team at our Kingston Hill site to provide high-quality patient care across both locations. Duties will include chronic disease management, health promotion, immunisations, cervical screening, wound care, and supporting GP clinics within a busy primary care environment. Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering safe, patient-centred care are essential.

With a patient list size of over 23,000, we provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse and vibrant community. Our practice also includes a dedicated branch surgery at Kingston University, supporting the healthcare needs of the student population alongside our wider community.
Role is full time however happy to discuss part time or doing the role over 4 days rather than 5 if full time.
