An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and highly motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly and welcoming team.
The Practice Nurse will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support within our medical practice.
Our Practice Nurses are supported by our Lead Nurse and deliver practice nursing services within the boundaries of their scope of practice to the practice population.
They will focus on clinical delivery such as chronic disease management to include Asthma/COPD, Diabetes, health promotion , a range of treatment room skills including vaccinations, immunisations, family planning and women's health.
To work collaboratively with the whole Practice team ensuring that the care delivered to the Practice population is relevant, responsive, of the highest standard and is clinically effective and efficient.
This is a patient centric and clinically forward-thinking, highly respected 7 Partner GP training practice which is very well established and respected; and continues to explore and deliver comprehensive integrated healthcare.
Whilst being clinically driven, the Practice performs well financially and presents as a strongly democratic happy and balanced team with excellent staff retention and ST3 trainee GPs taking salaried posts after completing their training.
