Craneswater Group Practice is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse. This role is being offered through the Portsmouth South Coast PCN, which includes teams of healthcare professionals such as GPs, nurses, pharmacists, physiotherapists, and social prescribers, to provide tailored community care.
This is an exciting opportunity where no two days are the same. You will assist the medical team in caring for our patient population, including treatment, preventative care, screening, and patient education within the practice and community. As an experienced nurse, you will join our proactive team dedicated to health and wellbeing, focusing on health promotion, chronic disease management, and prevention.
This is a part-time position with negotiable hours.
