IC24 is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our Primary Care team at Ship Street Surgery, Brighton. You will provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering wound care, screenings and immunisations, while managing chronic conditions and promoting preventive health in a busy general practice setting.
