Colosseum Dental UK Ltd is seeking a Patient Coordinator at Church Hill Dental Clinic, Midhurst, to be based on the reception desk for our village clinic. You will work alongside nurses and dentists to facilitate patient appointments and improve oral health outcomes.

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Patient Coordinator to join the team at our busy Church Hill Dental Clinic, Midhurst to be based on our reception as front of house for our beautiful village clinic!

This 3 surgery practice offers general dentistry and hygiene as well as implants, clear aligners and facial aesthetics to NHS and private patients. The practice has a fantastic, longstanding team, close to local amenities and offers some car spaces outside the practice or a 3 minute walk from two nearby car parks.

Hours: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 08:00 - 17:15, Wednesday - 07:45 - 17:45 and Saturday - 08:00 - 16:15

Your role will be pivotal in leading our core purpose of improving people’s lives and will be directly responsible for facilitating appointments for patients to improve their oral health and in turn, overall health.

As a Patient Coordinator you will be based on the reception desk and will collaborate with nurses and dentists to support the running of patient appointments while reducing wasted space in the diary which could have been offered to someone in the local community. You will also be encouraged to look for opportunities to grow the practice’s potential.
