Job summary

Colosseum Dental Group seeks a Practice Manager to oversee two busy clinics at Earls Court and Charlton. The role involves 40 hours weekly across Monday to Saturday, with a strong emphasis on leadership, budget management and commercial growth.

You will work with NHS and private patients, coordinate teams of around 25 staff, and benefit from a wide range of staff perks designed to support professional development and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Patience-focused leader with a track record in improving patient experience.
• Experience in managing budget inputs and P&L for a practice.

Responsibilities

• Input into budget preparation and setting for the practice as well as managing the P&L.
• Grow the practice with business plans focusing on performance, KPI delivery and future growth.
• Build and sustain relationships with clinicians, head office, regional teams, NHS and suppliers to drive commercial and marketing initiatives.
• Share successful ideas and best practices across regions and celebrate success within the practice.

Both clinics have 3 busy surgeries and offer general dentistry to NHS and private patients, with facial aesthetics and implants also available at Earls Court. Both have fantastic, long standing teams, approx. 25 in total and are close to local amenities with on street parking and nearby transport links.

Dental PM experience would be ideal, but we welcome applications from those outside of dental or within looking for that next step up, ideally with previous team management experience and commercial awareness!

Hours: Monday to Saturday, 40 hours to be worked flexibly across the week.

About You

You must be patient orientated, with a focus on delivering "excellence", in all areas of the patient life cycle. A CQC registered manager with experience in the dental industry would be highly desirable.

The main duties will include:

• Key input into budget preparation and setting for the practice as well as managing the P&L
• An opportunity to grow your own practice with individual business plans - focusing on performance, delivery, KPI’s and future growth plans
• Build and sustaining close working relationships with clinicians, head office, regional teams, the NHS, and external suppliers to deliver commercial and marketing initiatives
