Job summary

Bond Williams Limited in Ringwood invites applications for a Practice Manager/Qualified ACA/ACCA. You will work with the Managing Director while managing your own portfolio of audit, compliance and advisory clients.

The ideal candidate has ACA/ACCA with 2–3 years post-qualified experience, excellent client-facing skills, and strong IT experience with Sage, Xero and QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified with 2–3 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong audit skills and up-to-date technical knowledge.
• Excellent client-facing abilities and IT literacy with Sage, Xero and QuickBooks.
• Able to oversee trainees and a bookkeeper.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients focusing on audit, compliance and advisory.
• Work closely with the Managing Director and support a small team.
• Oversee trainees and a bookkeeper to ensure high-quality service.
• Deliver exceptional client service and retain key relationships.
