Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Mayflower Medical Group in Plymouth. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to help shape the delivery of high-quality primary care services within a growing healthcare organisation.

About Us

In April 2024, Mayflower Medical Group became part of Plymouth Primary Care Ltd, which sits within the wider Fuller and Forbes Healthcare Group. The group is owned by Dr Mark Fuller (GP Partner) and Mr Methven Forbes (Managing Partner), and operates across 17 sites nationally in locations including Leeds, Gateshead, Burnley, Exeter, and Barnstaple.

The Role

The Practice Manager will play a central role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe running of the practice. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations across the practice.
  • Managing and supporting administrative and clinical staff.
  • Driving service improvement and patient experience initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC, NHS, and contractual requirements.
  • Working closely with partners and the leadership team on strategic development.
