• Strong understanding of Invisalign workflows and digital patient systems.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and forward-thinkingPractice Managerto lead day-to-day operations, support our outstanding team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and success of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations at The London Orthodontic Clinic
• Lead and develop the front-of-house, clinical, TCO, and admin teams
• Ensure compliance with CQC, GDC, GDPR, and best-in-class patient care
• Champion the Invisalign Experience Studio experience
• Play a crucial role in driving practice growth through leadership and performance
• Collaborate with directors to shape long-term business strategy
• Track KPIs, financial performance, and team development

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years’ experience in private dental or orthodontic practice management
• Proven leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
• Strong understanding of Invisalign workflows and digital patient systems
• Commercial acumen with a people-first approach
• A business degree is desirable
