Reporting into the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager role is a hybrid of patient care and commercial focus, requiring a strong leader passionate about healthcare, patients, and business profitability. This role is responsible for achieving pharmacy targets, managing the store pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues, and supporting Asda Pharmacy's reputation as a leader in the field.

On a daily basis, the Pharmacy Practice Manager will lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient care and safety, ensuring high standards of customer service, professional conduct, and compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance.

The role provides support from in-store, regional, and head office teams, ensuring guidance and assistance are available for clinical or service-related queries.

Candidate Profile:

Requirements:

• A fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC
