Glenshane Veterinary Group, part of inspiring vet care, is seeking a Practice Manager to support our busy practices in Maghera, Fairhill and Dungiven. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive operational leader who enjoys working alongside a large clinical team while supporting people, processes and performance to deliver outstanding patient and client care.
Working closely with the Clinical Director, Head Nurse and wider management team, you'll play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the practices, leading the non‑clinical team and helping to create a positive, efficient and collaborative working environment.
As Practice Manager, you will lead the non‑clinical operations of the practice, working closely with clinical leadership to ensure efficient day‑to‑day running, strong team performance and an outstanding client experience.
You’ll be responsible for operational delivery, people management and compliance, while supporting the practice to achieve its performance, quality and service objectives. This role plays a key part in creating a positive culture and enabling clinical teams to deliver exceptional care.
This is a full‑time role working 40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days.
