As Practice Manager, you’ll have a variety of responsibilities, benefiting every colleague and patient. These include clinical and compliance accuracy, inspiring colleagues to train and develop their skills, marketing to connect your practice with the community, and expanding our private offering through performance plans.

The Role

• Line management responsibility for the practice team
• Supporting the clinical team to deliver NHS and Private objectives
• Profit and Loss management—controlling costs and identifying growth opportunities
• Reviewing business reports for efficient and profitable practice operation
• Supervising banking procedures, including deposits, payments, reconciliation, and debt management
• Keeping all practice documentation up to date, including policies, procedures, and handbooks
• Ensuring practice compliance with all Health and Safety requirements

Skills and Experience

• Strong leadership skills
• Experience managing business performance, KPIs, targets, and Profit and Loss
• Staff management experience, including appraisals and performance reviews
• Enthusiasm and motivation to grow the practice
• Hold CQC registration as a Practice Manager or willingness to complete necessary requirements (including DBS check)
