We have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager to manage our busy Hanlon & Gardner Dental Clinic based in a beautiful grade II listed building with its own lab in Chippenham, Wiltshire. We have an established, long-standing team treating private patients and NHS children, and also offering clear braces, SmileFast, and facial aesthetics.

Hours:

Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)

About You

You must be patient-oriented, with a focus on delivering "excellence" in all areas of the patient lifecycle. A CQC-registered manager with experience in the dental industry would be highly desirable.

The main duties will include:

• Key input into budget preparation and setting for the practice as well as managing the P&L
• An opportunity to grow your own practice with individual business plans - focusing on performance, delivery, KPI’s, and future growth plans
• Build and sustain close working relationships with clinicians, head office, regional teams, the NHS, and external suppliers to deliver commercial and marketing initiatives
• You will also enjoy the opportunity to proactively share successfully implemented ideas and best practices in the region/cross-region and celebrate success within the practice
