Our new site features 23 chairs, advanced digital technology, and a highly skilled, multicultural team. We are also proud to launch an Invisalign Experience Studio, offering a personalised, seamless, and 5-star digital smile journey for our patients.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and forward-thinking Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations, support our outstanding team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and success of the clinic.

As the clinic continues to grow, this role offers meaningful opportunities for long-term career development and professional progression within a forward-thinking, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations at The London Orthodontic Clinic
  • Lead and develop the front-of-house, clinical, TCO, and admin teams
  • Ensure compliance with CQC, GDC, GDPR, and best-in-class patient care
  • Champion the Invisalign Experience Studio experience
  • Play a crucial role in driving practice growth through leadership and performance
  • Collaborate with directors to shape long-term business strategy
  • Track KPIs, financial performance, and team development

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years’ experience in private dental or orthodontic practice management
  • Proven leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Strong understanding of Invisalign workflows and digital patient systems
  • Commercial acumen with a people-first approach
  • A business degree is desirable
