Job summary

Green Apple Dental in Ashford, Kent, is seeking a Full-Time Dental Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy NHS/Private mixed practice. 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday with flexible shifts.

You will lead clinical and support teams, ensure CQC compliance and NHS regulations, monitor KPIs and budgets, and manage staff rotas and training. GDC registration is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' Dental Practice Management experience preferred.
• Experience leading clinical and support teams.
• Knowledge of NHS regulations and CQC compliance.
• GDC registration advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and smooth running of the practice.
• Lead, motivate and develop the clinical and support teams.

Full Time Dental Practice Manager required for a busy, well-established mixed NHS/Private practice in Ashford, Kent

• £35,000–£40,000 per annum, dependent on experience
• Full-time, permanent position – 42.5 hours per week
• Monday to Saturday – flexible shift pattern
• Minimum 2 years' Dental Practice Management experience preferred
• Responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth running of the practice
• Lead, motivate and develop the clinical and support teams
• Oversee CQC compliance, NHS regulations, clinical governance and practice policies
• Monitor practice performance, KPIs, budgets and financial targets
• Manage staff rotas, inductions, appraisals and ongoing training
• Oversee financial reporting, invoices, banking and budgets
• Maintain high standards of patient care and customer service
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, RIDDOR and Fire Safety regulations
• Work closely with Clinicians and the Operations Team
• CQC Registered Manager experience desirable
• GDC registration advantageous but not essential
