Job summary

NHS Highland is seeking a Practice Manager to support the day-to-day running of Alness & Invergordon Medical Practice, one of the largest GP practices in the Highlands.

Reporting to the Senior Practice Manager, you will help oversee operations, staff management and patient access, with primary care or NHS operational experience essential.

This fixed term / secondment post runs for 1 year, with opportunities for development within NHS Highland.

• Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part-time hours will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
