Salesforce Practice Lead
Remote/Hybrid (London based)

iO Associates is working with a fast-growing Salesforce consultancy delivering customer-centric, data-led solutions to enterprise clients across the UK.

We're looking for an experienced Practice Lead to join their leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving presales strategy, ensuring delivery excellence, and shaping internal best practices. This role bridges commercial and technical functions-leading discovery sessions, solution design, and presales scoping; contributing to go-to-market strategy and proposals; overseeing project delivery and acting as a technical escalation point; mentoring consultants and refining internal methodologies; and representing the business across industry events and thought leadership initiatives.

Skill:

  • Proven experience leading presales and delivery in a Salesforce consultancy.

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds; familiarity with Marketing Cloud a plus.

  • Strong grasp of customer data, automation, and integration strategies.

  • Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management skills.
