Salary: £46,148 - £52,809 per annum, Band 7

We are seeking a dedicated Cancer Care Practice Educator to support the development of nursing and healthcare staff within our cancer care services. The role involves providing hands-on training, assessing competencies, supporting staff in their SACT passports, and promoting growth in specialist cancer care skills. You will identify learning needs, develop educational programs, contribute to policy development, and enhance the quality of care through education and leadership.
This role requires active UK NMC registration. The base location is Bournemouth with cross-site working. The interview date will be confirmed.
Staff may be required to work flexibly across all Trust locations. The service is planned to move during November 2025. Vaccination against COVID-19 is encouraged but not mandatory.
Must have appropriate UK professional registration. The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
