Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced nurse educator to lead and deliver School Nursing education within practice. You will supervise SCPHN students, assess competency, and ensure evidence-based practice within the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme.
Applicants must have SCPHN qualification, Teaching in Practice, and a Masters; strong leadership, safeguarding, and ability to manage complex workloads are essential.

Do you want to work with a children's service that has been identified as 'Outstanding' by CQC? Then come to work for Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Trust! You will provide Clinical Leadership and facilitate the learning environment of Specialist Public Health Nurses and other pre and post registration students in the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme 0-19 service. Signing students off as 'Fit to Practice' for the NMC Register at the end of academic/practice year. You will be responsible for a defined caseload with continuing responsibility for the assessment of need, implementation of evidence based initiatives and the evaluation/audit of them.
