Inspiring Vet Care is recruiting a Director of Practice to lead operational, commercial and people performance across three veterinary sites. You will shape strategy, drive growth and improve client experience while building a high‑performing multidisciplinary team.

The role offers 40‑hour weeks with flexible hours across sites, and a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and strategic leadership within a trusted national veterinary group.

Mearley Vets part of inspiring vet care have a fantastic opportunity for a Director of Practice to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Director of Practice to take ownership of the strategic development and growth of the practice. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to shape its future direction, build on existing strengths, and drive continuous improvement across both clinical and operational areas.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As Director of Practice, you will have overall responsibility for the operational, commercial and people performance of 3 practices , working closely with clinical leadership to deliver outstanding patient and client care.

You'll set and execute the strategic direction of the practice(s), lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of high standards across operations, client experience and business performance. This role plays a critical part in shaping culture, driving results and supporting sustainable growth.

Working Pattern

• Working a 40 hour week across 5 days
• Must be flexible to rotate hours between 9am and 7pm
• Deliver management support across three sites

• Developing and delivering the annual business plan
• Driving continuous improvement and change initiatives
• Managing the full P&L of the practice
• Meeting budgetary goals and driving sustainable business growth
• Monitoring business performance and engaging the team in shared goals
