Mearley Veterinary Group – Lancashire (Clitheroe/Accrington/Barrowford) is seeking a Director of Practice to own strategic development and growth across three sites. You will shape the future direction, drive continuous improvement and lead clinical and operational teams to deliver outstanding care.

The role offers autonomy to influence culture, manage P&L, and ensure long-term success, within a supportive, established practice known for client care and community focus.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leader with accountability for operational and commercial performance.
• Strong financial and business management capability, including planning and P&L oversight.
• Ability to lead, engage and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience leading through change and driving cultural initiatives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic development and growth of the practice across three sites.
• Set and execute the strategic direction and ensure delivery of high standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and drive performance improvements.
• Oversee operations, client experience and business outcomes.
