Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Mentorship/Practice Assessor qualification or equivalent.
• Post qualification experience in nursing studies; evidence of clinical expertise.
• On pathway for Post Graduate Certificate for Professional Education.

Responsibilities

• Support learning and development initiatives across the Trust to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide multi-professional education using classroom-based and simulation teaching methods.
• Coach, teach and assess learners, providing feedback/forward to colleagues.
• Work under the supervision of a Senior Practice Development Sister/Charge Nurse.
