Clyde & Co is seeking a proactive Practice Assistant to provide high-quality support to Partners and fee earners. You will own workflows from start to finish, coordinating resources across the Legal Support function to deliver exceptional service.

As a Practice Assistant, you will provide proactive, high-quality support to Partners and fee earners, acting as a trusted business support professional and key point of contact. You will take ownership of workflows from initiation through to completion, delivering exceptional organisational, administrative, and client service support while coordinating resources across the wider Legal Support function.
Working collaboratively with Team Assistants, Document Production, Business Development, and other Business Services teams, you will ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately and to the highest standard. You will play a vital role in helping legal teams operate effectively whilst contributing to a positive client experience and commercial success.
The Legal Support team is a collaborative and client-focused function that delivers high-quality support to lawyers across the firm. We work in partnership with our legal teams to provide efficient workflow management, administrative excellence, and exceptional client service.
As part of the team, you will build strong relationships with Partners, fee earners, clients, and Business Services colleagues, using your organisational skills, initiative, and commercial awareness to support a fast-paced and international legal environment.
