Job summary

Addington Ball is seeking a Practice Accountant / Client Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of clients in Leeds. This role allows for proactive engagement with clients, mentorship of junior team members, and contributions to the firm’s growth.

Role Overview

• Manage a varied portfolio of owner-managed business clients.

The Ideal Candidate

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent.
• Previous experience managing a portfolio within an accountancy practice.
• Confident communicating with clients and building lasting relationships.
• Enjoys developing and supporting junior team members.
• Strong technical knowledge across accounts and taxation.
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to client service.
• Audit exposure would be beneficial but is not essential.
