RNN Group in Dearne Valley Campus is seeking an experienced Horticulture and Land Management Trainer/Assessor to lead practical training for school leavers, adults and apprentices. You will shape the curriculum, manage field trips and maintain the estate to meet educational and commercial needs.

Qualifications

• Requires Level 3 Horticulture and Level 3 teaching/training qualifications.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality training and assessments.
• Strong understanding of horticulture and land management curricula.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on training, study programmes and apprenticeships.
• Design, plan and evaluate curriculum against industry trends.
• Manage student support, field trips and practical estate maintenance.
• Provide leadership to lecturing and assessment teams and collaborate with partners.
• Drive regional commercial opportunities and manage related KPIs.
