Job summary

Bidwells is seeking a proactive PR and Communications Executive to support external PR and internal comms across the UK. You’ll craft engaging copy, draft press materials, and help coordinate media outreach for diverse teams.

With a degree in English/Journalism/Communications/PR and PR experience, you’ll strengthen media relations, monitor trends, and contribute to internal newsletters and intranet updates while working closely with senior colleagues.

Qualifications

• A degree in English, journalism, communications or PR is preferred.
• Some PR experience in-house or agency.
• Interest in property or professional services is a plus.
• Experience with social media tools including Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Write high quality copy for external and internal channels.
• Draft press releases and media comments; support PR activities.
• Build media lists and pitch to local, national and trade press.
• Draft emails, briefing documents and monitor media coverage.
• Support events, launches and client meetings; attend journalist meetings.
• Assist with blogs, website articles and thought leadership content.
• Collate slides, agendas and minutes; support reporting of activities.
