Job summary

Reuben Sinclair is seeking an In-House PR & Communications Manager for a renowned creative studio in Central London. This standalone, hands-on role centers on earned media, building awareness of the studio and its people while shaping broader communications strategies.

You will own media relations, craft stories around new work and clients, and develop thought leadership. The position offers hybrid working patterns with a 2-days-in-office expectation.

Qualifications

• Strong PR and communications experience within the creative industries, in-house or agency.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with journalist relationships.
• Experience across thought leadership, case studies and executive profiling.

Responsibilities

• Owning PR and media relations across design, branding, creative, marketing, business and culture media
• Developing stories and campaigns around new work, clients and studio news
• Building a consistent pipeline of PR beyond individual project launches
• Developing thought leadership and profiling senior and creative talent
• Creating articles, case studies, LinkedIn and social content
• Managing awards, speaker opportunities, events and profile-building activity
• Developing campaigns, activations or luntups that generate attention
• Working closely with senior stakeholders and new business to connect communications activity to commercial priorities
• Collaborating with international teams on global opportunities
