Job summary

Mattel in the UK is looking for a self-motivated PR Associate in the early stages of your career to join our in-house team. Reporting to the PR Manager, you will support first‑class brand PR campaigns and events for the UK market, drawing on agency and internal resources.

This role provides exposure across EMEA, opportunities to develop campaign management and media relations skills, and involvement in coordinating messaging, assets and press materials for partners and franchise collaborations.

Qualifications

• Experience in PR agencies or busy in-house press office.
• Some PR campaign management or PR account experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support to execute integrated brand PR campaigns for UK market.
• Coordinate assets, messaging and materials for EMEA.
• Drive trade shows and manage press materials for partners.
• Administer PR inbox and coordinate with market agencies.
• Raise PO's and handle finance systems for budgets.
