As our Maison continues to evolve, we are looking for an organised and passionate PR Assistant to support the growing needs of our Communications team and help shape how our story is shared with the world. In this role, you will support the day-to-day running of the PR department, working closely with our Head of PR across global press outreach, sample management, event coordination, and editorial reporting.

The role

• Overseeing sample loaning and returns for the Marketing department with support of the Sample Coordinator. Previous experience in sample management is a bonus.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage seasonal samples.
• Assist in external liaison for PR agency, stylists, publications, VIPs.
• Manage all Marketing related shipments (DHL, Worldnet).
• Collaborate with the Paris-based VIP team, supporting them as a HQ point of contact.
• Respond to credit requests.
• File clippings shared from PR agencies.
• Compile monthly Marketing reports, including information from campaigns, events, VIPs, and social media.
• Support and manage the CMO’s diary, including expense submissions to accounts.
• Manage the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring stationery, packaging, and supplies are replenished.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required based on the team’s daily needs.

The candidate

• Previous experience in a fast-paced and agile PR department.
• Keen interest in the business side of a creative fashion brand.
• Excellent notetaking, recordkeeping, and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Great team player, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.
• Willing to attend to administrative tasks within the department.
