Bright Horizons UK is seeking a proactive Communications and PR leader to shape external storytelling across our Nursery and Work+Life brands. You will drive media relations, create compelling content, and elevate brand visibility with journalists, influencers and stakeholders.

You will manage a small team, collaborate with agencies, and guide campaigns end-to-end. The role rewards strong writing, leadership, and a proven track record delivering high-impact PR across multi-channel campaigns.

• Proven experience in PR, media relations, or communications.
• Strong storytelling, writing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of delivering successful PR campaigns and media coverage.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Full Time / Monday to Friday 37.50 hours per week

Salary from £67k per annum plus other enhanced benefits

Date: 13th November 2026 if may close sooner if the right candidate is hired.

Join Bright Horizons and help shape our external reputation through impactful storytelling, media relations, and strategic communications. You'll lead PR activity across our Nursery and Work+Life businesses, driving brand awareness and engagement with media, stakeholders, colleagues, and customers.
