Role Overview:

Infinity Group is seeking a dynamic and strategic PR and Communications Manager to lead and execute our public relations and internal communications strategy. This role will be pivotal in raising the profile of the Infinity Group brand, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent, clear, and engaging communication across all internal channels.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering proactive and reactive PR campaigns, managing press materials, and guiding staff on best practices in communication. You will also play a key role in shaping internal messaging and fostering a culture of transparency and engagement.

    • Proven experience in PR, communications, or journalism, ideally within a B2B or tech-focused environment.
    • Strong media relations skills and a track record of securing high-impact coverage.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience managing internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance measurement
    • Experience within Microsoft technology preferred.

As a PR and Communications Manager, you'll be responsible for:

    • Public Relations
    • Develop and implement a strategic PR plan aligned with Infinity Group's brand and business objectives.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key journalists and media outlets.
    • Draft, review, and distribute press releases and media materials.
    • Secure media coverage through interviews, commentary, and opinion pieces.
    • Monitor media for mentions of Infinity Group and provide timely responses to protect and enhance brand reputation.
    • Identify and respond to reactive PR opportunities, including industry trends and competitor activity.
    • Track and report on PR performance, including Share of Voice analysis against key competitors.
    • Communications Strategy
    • Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on messaging and media engagement.
    • Advise on positioning of news, tactical outreach timing, and targeting to maximise coverage.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights on company developments, campaigns, and investments.
    • Internal Communications
    • Own and evolve the internal communications strategy to ensure consistent messaging across departments.
    • Develop and manage internal newsletters, announcements, and staff updates.
    • Support leadership in communicating key business changes and initiatives.
    • Create guidance and toolkits for staff on effective communication practices.
    • Foster a culture of open communication and employee engagement.
    • Reporting & Analysis
    • Maintain a regular cadence of reporting, including bi-weekly WIP updates and monthly PR activity reports.
    • Analyse media coverage and campaign performance to inform future strategy.
    • Review of PR activities and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement
