Job summary

Black Cherry Recruitment Ltd is representing an integrated marketing agency seeking an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to join their PR team in South Cheshire. You will work on franchise clients, develop press releases, copy and media relations, and learn across marketing disciplines with in-house training and CIPR membership.

A driving licence and own car are preferred and free parking is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months PR experience with press releases and copy writing.
• Experience in media relations and client/stakeholder engagement.
• Enthusiastic, driven and eager to develop within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and Directors with day-to-day client activity.
• Attend client calls/meetings, take notes and share actions.
• Draft basic press releases, content and social posts with guidance.
• Update media lists, use media databases and assist with press release distribution.
• Gather media coverage and support client reports.
• Monitor the news agenda and assist with campaign planning.
